Vicky Lau （劉韻棋）brings her sensational flavors and textures in creating French cakes and pastry by mixing fresh and original ingredients.
Her acclaimed piece is Shan Shui . It has some of the flavours such as, Tieguanyin Oolong Tea Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Sponge Cake, Kumquat Pate de Fruit Sable, White Glaze, Sugar Fondant Flower, and Tea Dacquoise.

Vicky first graduated as a graphic designer and then changed her career to become a chef. Inspired by her Chinese eating background, she takes Chinese classic sweet soups and dim sum to the next level. Red date and urban honey are her exciting combination in cakes and pastry. Finishing points add tradition inspiration such as ink painting and calligraphy.
