Could I sell my restaurant without getting the consent or approval by Landlord in Hong Kong? I’ve got a buyer who would like to keep the rent and lease term of my current lease unchanged. He would prefer to buy my restaurant with my current lease together with fitting, equipments and licence. Is it possible?
