22 Ships offers an eclectic menu of modern Spanish tapas created by Michelin Star Chef Jason Atherton of Pollen Street Social fame – a protégé of Ferran Adrià and Gordon Ramsay. All tapas served in a buzzy yet relaxed setting, and a dynamic list of wines, spirits and Spanish beers. The no reservation- no service charge tapas bar offers diners an opportunity to experience what Atherton describes as “the deformalizing of fine dining”. Its former executive chef Nathan Green has left and opened his own venue in Sai Ying Pun called Rhoda.
Ham & Sherry

Ham & Sherry, the second Spanish restaurant on Ship Street by Michelin star chef Jason Atherton, is the expansion from the overcrowded 22 Ships a few doors down on the street. The Spanish restaurant offers Asia’s largest sherry list, as well as the quality hams that Spain has to offer and classic Tapas with a twist. Its blue and white tiled walls, oversized blackboards and zinc bar give Ham & Sherry a North European authentic feel.

Be Innovatin is operated by Alvin Leung, the demon chef in the foodie world. Alvin’s X-treme Chinese cuisine is an art of form. He does to Chinese food like what great artists do to art. Be Innovation has won awards and titles in global F&B scene, named as Michelin’s 3 starred restaurant for continuously four years in Hong Kong (2014-2017).

The Pawn is located in a beautifully-restored 19th century heritage building with 2 floors. Headed by Tom Aikens, a starred chef from UK. The Pawn provides both traditional dishes and refined modern British cuisines. The 1st floor Botanicals bar is a unique living room like space featuring different indoor and outdoor seating areas. A perfect after-work chit-chat and relaxing venue. The 2nd floor Kitchen offers an open and causal-chic dining environment overlooking Johnston Road and the Southern Park in Wan Chai.

Atelier Vivanda, a French style bistro by the Michelin starred Akrame Benallal, who opened another restaurant on Ship Street, after his eponymous restaurant Akrame. Atelier Vivanda serves mixed meat dishes in set course menu in more affortable price than that by Akrame. The restaurant is set against a butcher studio backdrop. A contemporary French bistro with a beautiful yet relaxing interior.

Akrame, the popular dining brand from Paris, is operated by Akrame Benallal, the Michelin two-star chef. He expanded his first overseas restaurant in Hong Kong. The French star chef tailored the restaurant menu by composing traditional French style and local food ingredient elements. Restaurant Akrame was awarded a Michelin star withing the first six months in Hong Kong. The restaurant has a clean, contemporary design, with concrete walls and sleek black furniture. It provides a cosy dining space, about 30 seats, yet comfortable.
