Fine-diners turn to Hollywood Road for new restaurants and bars expansion
Starred Restaurants in Hollywood Road
Lacrucci has seen a shift of F&B business operation from Central to west of Sheung wan over the past several months, resulting from soaring rental cost. The unabating relocation of restaurants and bars subsequently set a new tone for business environment with increasing number of retail shops on Hollywood converting into F&B shops for lease.
Hollywood Road has emerged to be the haven of restaurants and bars, especially for those who are looking for neighborhood with culture, art and heritage. Back to 1990s, Hollywood Road was still a street full of art galleries and Chinese antique shops.
