Gram Pancake told Lacrucci that they are now selling at around 300 pancakes per day.
Gram’s pancake is priced ranging from HK$88 to HK$118 each. Per customer spending is around HK$170 including drink and service charge. Its monthly revenue might hit at around HK$1.5M.
Pancake ingredients are not expensive. No complicated skills are required for kitchen and floor staff. Operating costs are also comparatively lower than other F&B operation.
As long as the Japanese pancake fever persists, Hong Kong will continue to be a profitable overseas market for these Japanese pancake brands.
Another Japanese Pancake Brand [A Happy Pancake] Coming Soon to Hong Kong
A Happy Pancake (幸せのパンケーキ), one of the most famous Japanese pancakes in Japan, has confirmed the first overseas store in Hong Kong.
The new store of A Happy Pancake has confirmed a shop space in Lee Garden Three, which is a newly completed shopping and office complex located in Causeway Bay.
A pancake will make you happy when you look, eat it, and taste it, which is the mission of A Happy Pancake. We are looking forward to trying it in Hong Kong this Summer.
